The Gap in Traditional Learning

Speaking is everything

The core of our method is simple: get the student speaking. That is exactly what traditional classroom and app-based learning lacks, and is the skill that actually gets tested when a cabin crew member or ground agent is standing in front of a passenger. Every lesson is built so that the student produces spoken language out loud, repeatedly, because that is the skill which traditional learning consistently fails to train.

Understanding is tested through short listening exercises or short texts, and sometimes multiple choice, before moving on.

Students listen to a short audio clip and answer questions about what they heard, training real-world listening comprehension.

A quick multiple-choice check confirms the student has understood the reading or listening exercise before moving on.

Question Language Agent

More often than not, comprehension is checked through verbal responses rather than clicking an answer — recycling the same spoken interaction.

Interactive Scenario Agent

A realistic scenario makes the student feel comfortable in the situation, so they are not afraid to make a mistake when it counts.

Students take ownership

Every transcript from a spoken exercise is fed back into the system. AI critiques the student's language and highlights where the same errors keep recurring — not a one-off correction, but a pattern the student can see and own for themselves.
